Pinhole camera's were first created in 300 B.C, Leonardo da Vinci was credited with giving a description of the pinhole camera. They provide a inexpensive way to introduce people to photography, pinhole photography is about making mistakes and learning from them. They are formed by a beam of light, which is determined by the diameter of the pinhole. How to make a pinhole camera: firstly find a suitable container for your camera, not to big, not too small. Secondly gather your materials, tools and equipment together. Thirdly make your camera by adding a pinhole that you will make using the tip of a needle, spray paint your camera to ensure that it is light safe and no light reaches it when it is closed. Fourthly make a flap using black tape to cover your pinhole, this will make sure that no light gets into your camera whilst your not using it. Now your camera is ready to be used.
